ORIGO QUEST and ORIGO SELEQT  are “specialfonds” under the Swedish act on managers of alternative investment funds (SFS 2013:561). The funds are not a UCIT funds. The investor is solely responsible for ensuring that the investment is made in accordance with any applicable rules that may apply for the investor. Non-Swedish law may prohibit investments in the fund from foreign investors. Disputes relating to the investments in the fund is to be settled under Swedish law and Swedish public courts.
